Fun, educational workshop for preschool age children
Bel canto, ces oiseaux!
Description of activity
Can you recognize backyard birds from their song or their appearance? It just takes a little practice and attention. Preschool age children are invited to the Biophare, where a passionate facilitator will help them get to know the songs of various birds.
Outline of activity
Listening to birdsong, brief description of anatomy, games and crafting.
Objectives
- Develop observation and listening skills
- Stimulate interest in the environment
- Exercise memory and communicate experiences to other children and adults
- Follow specific instructions
